Operational Process and Workforce Optimization Consulting
The Effective Syndicate is an operational process and workforce optimization consulting firm founded in 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is simple: to help your organization be more effective. We focus on your organization as a whole, which means the people part of your business requires just as much focus as the process part of your business.
Too often, we see companies with a laser-focus on improving business processes, only to find their people absolutely miserable. We’ve learned that whatever your company delivers, your success depends on how your people are able to work as a team.
We’ve been optimizing manufacturing processes and cultivating effective leaders and teams for a collective 120 years. Nothing gets us more excited then getting out there with our clients, side-by-side and into the nitty-gritty, to tackle their biggest “people and process” challenges and start experiencing results they can depend on.
