Founded in 2015 in Atlanta Georgia, The Effective Syndicate is a coaching & consulting firm designed to help organizations to simply be more effective. We focus on the organization as a whole which means the people part of your business requires just as much focus as the process part of your business.
Whatever your organization is designed to deliver, whether that is a product or a service, you will win or lose based on how well your people are able to work and perform as a team. Too often, we see companies that focus like a laser on improving business processes, but the people who are working in those processes are absolutely miserable.
To put it bluntly, if you have the best processes in the world, but your people don't really care, you can be good, but you will never be awesome.
AND IF YOU AREN'T AFTER AWESOME, WHAT ARE YOU AFTER?
